Your voice and text office assistant — wherever you work
Work from your own company information: speak or type in your own language, and Daniel prepares the English paperwork, updates the job and answers the question — with nothing saved until you confirm it.
One assistant for the jobs, the forms and the questions
Your voice and text office assistant — wherever you work.
Speak to him on site or type to him at the desk. Ask in the language you think in: Daniel answers in it and prepares the English paperwork — quotes, invoices and jobs — using your company's own details, prices and customers.
He works from your records rather than from guesses: your jobs, plans, customers, team, timesheets and financials. He says what he is about to change before he changes it, and nothing is saved or sent until you confirm it.

The paperwork is prepared in English, with the job, the customer and the amounts taken from your company's own records.

What you can hand over
- Draft a quote, an invoice or a job from a conversation
- Update a job with materials to bring and progress notes
- Set a reminder and repeat the time back to you
- Book a site visit and warn you when it clashes
- Find the nearest supplier around the job address
- Answer questions about your schedule, team, timesheets and money
Six jobs you can hand over today
Each one is the feature as it works in the app right now, with one of our own walkthroughs beside it.
A quote built the way you quote
Ask for a quote and Daniel works it out in the real quote form: each service row with its quantity, rate and amount, the customer, and the date it is valid until. Keep talking and he adds or changes rows on the same draft.
- Items, quantities, rates and the total filled into the quote form
- The draft stays open in the form, so you can keep editing it
- Rates are used as you give them — where a price is not known, he asks you
- Nothing is sent to the customer: you check it and send it yourself
Site updates that reach the office
Tell him what happened on site and the job record is updated — materials to bring and the work still outstanding — so the office and the next visit see it. He can also draft a new job and book the visit onto the job calendar.
- Materials and outstanding work written onto the job from the conversation
- A visit booked onto the job, with a clash flagged against work already booked
- New jobs drafted for you to check before they are saved
- Progress notes added while you are still on site
Invoices from the work that is done
Ask for an invoice and Daniel prepares it in the real invoice form from the job and your customer details, with GST applied at your company rate. You review it, then send it the same way you always do.
- Drafted from a job, a quote or a conversation
- GST and the totals worked out in the form you already invoice from
- Customer details and numbering taken from your own setup
- Sent by you — Daniel never emails a customer on his own
Reminders and alerts that come back to you
Ask to be reminded and Daniel repeats the date and time he understood, saves it in your company timezone, and alerts you in the app and on your phone when it is due.
- Reminders with a note, tied to a job or a site visit
- The time Daniel understood is shown back to you, in your timezone
- Alert sound, spoken alerts and registered devices stay under your control
- Complete, snooze or cancel it from the Reminders list

The week and its reminders, with the voice controls that set them.
Your plans, ready for the next question
Daniel reads the plans and drawings saved against a job, reviews the saved specialist design and answers from what the drawing actually says — the rooms, the walls and the work in them.
- Reads the pages saved to the job and the Smart Project Planner
- Prepared quantities come from the reviewed design, not from an estimate
- Gathers the scope that is missing before anything is priced
- New geometry stays in your hands — the planner is where you draw
The nearest supplier, without leaving the job
Ask where to get it and Daniel searches around the job address and brings back the businesses nearby with their address, phone number and directions on a map.
- Centred on the job address, your own location or a postcode you give him
- Address, phone, website and directions, wherever the search returns them
- Distances are the straight line from the search point — and said to be so
- A field only shows what the search actually returned; nothing is filled in

Suppliers found around the job, with directions and phone numbers.
Charged in Australian dollars, on your normal invoice
Daniel is charged for what he actually uses, from your start date onwards. It is not a separate subscription, and there is nothing extra to pay.
Priced in Australian dollars
What Daniel uses is costed in US dollars by the model provider, then converted at the recorded exchange rate for that charge — the European Central Bank reference rate, kept with the figure so an old one can be read against the rate it was taken at.
A 10% service markup
A 10% service markup is added on top of the converted cost. The amount you are shown is the amount charged, and the markup is named separately rather than folded into a blended rate.
GST included
Amounts are in Australian dollars with GST included. The GST sits inside the total rather than being added on top of it, so the figure quoted is the figure charged.
One invoice, with your plan
The usage line is added to the invoice your subscription renews on, shortly before the renewal date. One invoice and one payment — not a second charge to pay separately.
Only what Daniel actually uses
Typed messages, voice sessions, and the speech-to-text that turns what is said into words. A typed request is usually a fraction of a cent; spoken answers cost far more, and every part of a voice session is costed on its own.
Nothing from before your start date
Charging runs from the date you are given. Usage from before that date is never billed, no earlier usage has been added to any invoice, and nothing is charged retrospectively.
Voice minutes included each month
- Free trial20 minutes
- Starter60 minutes
- Business200 minutes
- Pro400 minutes
Minutes of spoken conversation each calendar month, on top of everything else the plan includes. Typed requests are not counted against the allowance. A company can also be given an allowance of its own.
How it reads on your bill
The usage arrives as its own line on the renewal invoice, named for Daniel and marked with the period it covers, how many interactions it was and how many voice minutes:
Daniel AI usage (5 Sep 2026 - 4 Oct 2026, 214 interactions, 12.4 voice min)
Inside the app you can see the estimated amount for the month, and a company admin can see it per person, so the invoice line is never a surprise. The invoice line is what is charged; the in-app figure is the estimate it is built from.
