Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Trade Management App. By using the service you agree to them.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for the activity of the users you invite to your business account.

Free trial and subscriptions

  • Free trials run for 30 days and no credit card is required to begin.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly in Australian dollars (AUD). The advertised price is the amount charged and includes GST.
  • You can change or cancel your plan at any time; changes apply from your next billing period.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service to store or transmit unlawful content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, or in a way that interferes with other customers.
  • You must hold the rights to any plans, photos or documents you upload.

Your data

  • You own the business records and content you put into the platform. We store and process it to provide the service to you.
  • You can export your records while your account is active.

AI-assisted output

  • The Smart Project Planner and the AI tools produce suggestions — plans, layouts, quantities, renders and cost estimates. They are a starting point for a qualified trade professional and must be reviewed before use on site.

Liability

  • The service is provided on a reasonable-care basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding period.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
